In April of 2014 the Land Titles Office introduced a new regulation that all Conveyancers, Banks and all lodging parties must be able to identify their clients.
What does this mean to you?
When meeting with Sea to City Conveyancing you will need to provide our office with:
- Drivers Licence and
- Passport or Birth Certificate
- Medicare Card
If you do not have these documents available to you, please contact us to discuss this further with our office.
If you are not able to get to our office to show us these documents, we can organise someone to come to you in your home or your office, what ever suites you.
